Throughout our personal and professional journeys, we inevitably face challenges. While we often find our own solutions, some obstacles can be overwhelming, leaving us in need of support. As human beings, we crave connection, understanding, and love, and their absence can leave us feeling depleted and adrift.
I provide a compassionate, non-judgmental listening ear, helping you explore the underlying causes of your feelings. Together, we will uncover the 'why' behind your emotions, and I'll offer guidance and tools to help you regain balance and control over your behaviours and emotions.

I work as a coach and therapist, specializing in helping both adults and teenagers manage stress, anxiety, ADHD, skin-picking disorders, trauma, PTSD, burnout, boreout, and more. Additionally, I assist parents in the rewarding yet challenging task of raising children. I provide guidance to improve communication with their kids and offer tools to strike a balance between setting boundaries and nurturing a loving relationship with their children.

Lastly, I wear multiple hats, serving as a wife, a mother, an entrepreneur, and an expat who has lived across three different continents. These diverse experiences have taught me the value of flexibility and rapid adaptation to even the most challenging situations. Through these experiences, I've learned resilience and discovered inner peace within myself.
